Chinese (traditional)- Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord.
- Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.
- Truly, these times of ignorance God overlooked, but now commands all men everywhere to repent.
- ‘Return, backsliding Israel,’ says the Lord;
‘I will not cause My anger to fall on you.
For I am merciful,’ says the Lord;
‘I will not remain angry forever.’ - But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
- Nevertheless in Your great mercy
You did not utterly consume them nor forsake them;
For You are God, gracious and merciful. - For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more.
- Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven,
Whose sin is covered. - When Jesus heard that, He said to them, “Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick.”
- “Come now, and let us reason together,”
Says the Lord,
“Though your sins are like scarlet,
They shall be as white as snow;
Though they are red like crimson,
They shall be as wool.” - Anyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man, it will be forgiven him; but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit, it will not be forgiven him, either in this age or in the age to come.
- Therefore I say to you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven men.
- But the free gift is not like the offense. For if by the one man’s offense many died, much more the grace of God and the gift by the grace of the one Man, Jesus Christ, abounded to many.
- He will again have compassion on us,
And will subdue our iniquities.
You will cast all our sins
Into the depths of the sea. - Then Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they do.”
And they divided His garments and cast lots. - Take words with you,
And return to the Lord.
Say to Him,
“Take away all iniquity;
Receive us graciously,
For we will offer the sacrifices of our lips.”
With all lowliness and gentleness, with longsuffering, bearing with one another in love. Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap.Next verse!With image
