- I came forth from the Father and have come into the world. Again, I leave the world and go to the Father.

For His mercy endures forever. - I know how to be abased, and I know how to abound. Everywhere and in all things I have learned both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need.
- Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.”
- For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.
- Oh, give thanks to the Lord!
Call upon His name;
Make known His deeds among the peoples! - Sing to the Lord,
For He has done excellent things;
This is known in all the earth. - The statutes of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart;
The commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes. - But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God.
- So Jesus said to them again, “Peace to you! As the Father has sent Me, I also send you.”
- Then the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid, for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy which will be to all people.”
- For we have become partakers of Christ if we hold the beginning of our confidence steadfast to the end.
- You shall not add to the word which I command you, nor take from it, that you may keep the commandments of the Lord your God which I command you.
- I will lift up my eyes to the hills—
From whence comes my help?
My help comes from the Lord,
Who made heaven and earth. - Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, to God who alone is wise, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen.
- For so the Lord has commanded us:
‘I have set you as a light to the Gentiles,
That you should be for salvation to the ends of the earth.’ - Therefore I will look to the Lord;
I will wait for the God of my salvation;
My God will hear me. - But the anointing which you have received from Him abides in you, and you do not need that anyone teach you; but as the same anointing teaches you concerning all things, and is true, and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you will abide in Him.
- So then, after the Lord had spoken to them, He was received up into heaven, and sat down at the right hand of God.
- But at midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the prisoners were listening to them.
