- And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.
- Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.
- For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise.
- Likewise, ye husbands, dwell with them according to knowledge, giving honour unto the wife, as unto the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life; that your prayers be not hindered.
- But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
- But when Jesus heard that, he said unto them, They that be whole need not a physician, but they that are sick.
- He giveth power to the faint;
and to them that have no might he increaseth strength. - Let us search and try our ways,
and turn again to the Lord. - Turn not to the right hand nor to the left:
remove thy foot from evil. - Pleasant words are as an honeycomb,
sweet to the soul, and health to the bones. - But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
- But whoso hath this world's good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him?
- O my soul, thou hast said unto the Lord, Thou art my Lord:
my goodness extendeth not to thee. - And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
- And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
- Defend the poor and fatherless:
do justice to the afflicted and needy. - To do justice and judgment
is more acceptable to the Lord than sacrifice. - I came forth from the Father, and am come into the world: again, I leave the world, and go to the Father.
- The rich ruleth over the poor,
and the borrower is servant to the lender. - I will sing unto the Lord as long as I live:
I will sing praise to my God while I have my being. - I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need.
- For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
- The statutes of the Lord are right,
rejoicing the heart:
the commandment of the Lord is pure,
enlightening the eyes. - Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee.
- For thus saith the Lord unto the house of Israel, Seek ye me, and ye shall live.
But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not. It is of the Lord's mercies that we are not consumed,
because his compassions fail not.
They are new every morning:
great is thy faithfulness.Next verse! With image
