| What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein? | What then are we to say? Should we continue in sin in order that grace may abound? By no means! How can we who died to sin go on living in it? |

They are upright as the palm tree, but speak not: they must needs be borne, because they cannot go. | The Lord God is my strength, and he will make my feet like hinds' feet, and he will make me to walk upon mine high places. | God, the Lord, is my strength; he makes my feet like the feet of a deer, and makes me tread upon the heights. |
| He is in the way of life that keepeth instruction: but he that refuseth reproof erreth. | Whoever heeds instruction is on the path to life, but one who rejects a rebuke goes astray. |
| What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid. | What then? Should we sin because we are not under law but under grace? By no means! |
