Chinese (traditional)- And this commandment have we from him, That he who loveth God love his brother also.
- Great peace have they which love thy law:
and nothing shall offend them. - Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.
- As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.
- Thou art all fair, my love;
there is no spot in thee. - By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.
- My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth.
- Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another.
- With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love.
- For this is the message that ye heard from the beginning, that we should love one another.
- Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.
- For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
- So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself.
- And the Lord make you to increase and abound in love one toward another, and toward all men, even as we do toward you.
- And to love him with all the heart, and with all the understanding, and with all the soul, and with all the strength, and to love his neighbour as himself, is more than all whole burnt offerings and sacrifices.
- Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.
- For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
- Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up, Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil.
- And the Lord direct your hearts into the love of God, and into the patient waiting for Christ.
- But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you.
- But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ.
- Death and life are in the power of the tongue:
and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof. - He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.
- And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.
- Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.
Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ. But who am I, and what is my people, that we should be able to offer so willingly after this sort? for all things come of thee, and of thine own have we given thee.Next verse! With image
