- Be sure to keep the commands of the Lord your God and the stipulations and decrees he has given you.

- Whoever loves money never has enough;
whoever loves wealth is never satisfied with their income.
This too is meaningless. - And if we are careful to obey all this law before the Lord our God, as he has commanded us, that will be our righteousness.
- Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you.
- For if the willingness is there, the gift is acceptable according to what one has, not according to what one does not have.
- It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.
