- Arise, shine;
For your light has come!
And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you. - Sing to the Lord,

Your gentleness has made me great.
You enlarged my path under me,

- And when He has come, He will convict the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment.
- This is the ‘stone which was rejected by you builders, which has become the chief cornerstone.’
- A man has joy by the answer of his mouth,
And a word spoken in due season, how good it is! - Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection. Over such the second death has no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with Him a thousand years.
- Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord,
The people He has chosen as His own inheritance. - Owe no one anything except to love one another, for he who loves another has fulfilled the law.
- And we know that the Son of God has come and has given us an understanding, that we may know Him who is true; and we are in Him who is true, in His Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God and eternal life.
- And if you say in your heart, ‘How shall we know the word which the Lord has not spoken?’— when a prophet speaks in the name of the Lord, if the thing does not happen or come to pass, that is the thing which the Lord has not spoken; the prophet has spoken it presumptuously; you shall not be afraid of him.
- He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.
- Whoever denies the Son does not have the Father either; he who acknowledges the Son has the Father also.
- A man who has friends must himself be friendly,
But there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother. - For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith.
- And we are His witnesses to these things, and so also is the Holy Spirit whom God has given to those who obey Him.
- Go, eat your bread with joy,
And drink your wine with a merry heart;
For God has already accepted your works.
