His (2/4)

Whoever finds his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it.
In my anguish I cried out to the Lord and called to my God for help. From his temple he heard my voice, and my cry to him reached his ears.In my distress I called upon the Lord, and cried unto my God: he heard my voice out of his temple, and my cry came before him, even into his ears.
He is a rock, his deeds are perfect, and all of his ways are just. He is a God of truth who does no wrong; he is just and upright. He is the Rock, his work is perfect: for all his ways are judgment: a God of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he.
But from everlasting to everlasting the kindness of the Lord is with those who fear him, and his righteousness with their children’s children, with those who keep his covenant and diligently observe his commandments. But the mercy of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, and his righteousness unto children's children; To such as keep his covenant, and to those that remember his commandments to do them.
A wise son brings joy to his father, but a foolish son gives grief to his mother.A wise son maketh a glad father: but a foolish son is the heaviness of his mother.
I wait for the Lord in anxious expectation; I place my hope in his word.I wait for the Lord, my soul doth wait, and in his word do I hope.
Finally, find your strength in the Lord and in his mighty power. Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
Bless the Lord, O my soul; my entire being, bless his holy name.Bless the Lord, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name.
Or can a man walk on red-hot coals without scorching his feet? Can one go upon hot coals, and his feet not be burned?
For if, while we were enemies, we were reconciled to God through the death of his Son, how much more certain it is that, having been reconciled, we shall be saved by his life. For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.
He himself bore our sins in his body on the cross, so that we might die to sin and live in righteousness. By his wounds you have been healed.Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.
For whoever wishes to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will save it.For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: but whosoever will lose his life for my sake, the same shall save it.
Blessed are all those who fear the Lord and walk in his ways.Blessed is every one that feareth the Lord; that walketh in his ways.
Sing to God, sing praise to his name; exalt him who rides upon the clouds. Rejoice in the presence of this God whose name is the Lord. The Father of orphans and the defender of widows: such is God in his holy dwelling place.Sing unto God, sing praises to his name: extol him that rideth upon the heavens by his name Jah, and rejoice before him. A father of the fatherless, and a judge of the widows, is God in his holy habitation.
Just as he came forth naked from his mother’s womb, so shall he depart, naked as he came, with nothing remaining from his labor that he can carry away in his hands. As he came forth of his mother's womb, naked shall he return to go as he came, and shall take nothing of his labour, which he may carry away in his hand.
For whoever wishes to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it.
He sent forth his word and healed them, saving them from the grave. He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.
The proud man’s heart is not upright, but the righteous man will live because of his faith.Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him: but the just shall live by his faith.
I will bless the Lord at all times; his praise will be continually on my lips.I will bless the Lord at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth.
When anyone turns a deaf ear to the law, even his prayer is detestable. He that turneth away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer shall be abomination.
With his mouth the godless man seeks to ruin his neighbor, but knowledge enables the righteous to be delivered. An hypocrite with his mouth destroyeth his neighbour: but through knowledge shall the just be delivered.
A fool gives free rein to his anger, but a wise man bides his time and calms it.A fool uttereth all his mind: but a wise man keepeth it in till afterwards.
Blessed are those who observe his statutes and seek him with their whole heart.Blessed are they that keep his testimonies, and that seek him with the whole heart.
Each of us must consider his neighbor’s good for the purpose of building him up.Let every one of us please his neighbour for his good to edification.
The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and his ears are open to their cry.The eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous, and his ears are open unto their cry.

Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his mercy endures forever.O give thanks unto the Lord; for he is good; for his mercy endureth for ever.
