- The fear of Yahweh is the beginning of wisdom.
All those who do his work have a good understanding.
His praise endures forever! - He who didn’t spare his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how would he not also with him freely give us all things?
- Jesus answered, “Most certainly I tell you, unless one is born of water and Spirit, he can’t enter into God’s Kingdom.”
- Jesus answered him, “Most certainly I tell you, unless one is born anew, he can’t see God’s Kingdom.”
- If you will diligently listen to Yahweh your God’s voice, and will do that which is right in his eyes, and will pay attention to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have put on the Egyptians; for I am Yahweh who heals you.
- I have rejoiced in the way of your testimonies,
as much as in all riches. - Whom do I have in heaven?
There is no one on earth whom I desire besides you. - Depart from evil, and do good.
Seek peace, and pursue it. - For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared before that we would walk in them.
- I give eternal life to them. They will never perish, and no one will snatch them out of my hand. My Father who has given them to me is greater than all. No one is able to snatch them out of my Father’s hand. I and the Father are one.
- Guide me in your truth, and teach me,
for you are the God of my salvation.
I wait for you all day long. - Hatred stirs up strife,
but love covers all wrongs. - But the Counselor, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things, and will remind you of all that I said to you.
- Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you.
- Six days shall work be done, but on the seventh day is a Sabbath of solemn rest, a holy convocation; you shall do no kind of work. It is a Sabbath to Yahweh in all your dwellings.
- The angel said to them, “Don’t be afraid, for behold, I bring you good news of great joy which will be to all the people.”
- Trust in Yahweh with all your heart,
and don’t lean on your own understanding.
In all your ways acknowledge him,
and he will make your paths straight. - Therefore, when you do merciful deeds, don’t sound a trumpet before yourself, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may get glory from men. Most certainly I tell you, they have received their reward.
- If I give away all my goods to feed the poor, and if I give my body to be burned, but don’t have love, it profits me nothing.
- And God is able to make all grace abound to you, that you, always having all sufficiency in everything, may abound to every good work.
- Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers.
- Above all these things, walk in love, which is the bond of perfection.
- Now, Israel, what does Yahweh your God require of you, but to fear Yahweh your God, to walk in all his ways, to love him, and to serve Yahweh your God with all your heart and with all your soul, to keep Yahweh’s commandments and statutes, which I command you today for your good?
- But if the wicked turns from all his sins that he has committed, and keeps all my statutes, and does that which is lawful and right, he shall surely live. He shall not die.
- May he grant you your heart’s desire,
and fulfill all your counsel.
