Chinese (traditional)Bible Verses about 'Kind'
- And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you.
- Of His own will He brought us forth by the word of truth, that we might be a kind of firstfruits of His creatures.
- Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up; does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil.
- Anxiety in the heart of man causes depression,
But a good word makes it glad. - The Lord is righteous in all His ways,
Gracious in all His works. - But fornication and all uncleanness or covetousness, let it not even be named among you, as is fitting for saints.
- Test all things; hold fast what is good. Abstain from every form of evil.
- For where envy and self-seeking exist, confusion and every evil thing are there.
- Pleasant words are like a honeycomb,
Sweetness to the soul and health to the bones. - But as for you, speak the things which are proper for sound doctrine.
- For You, Lord, are good, and ready to forgive,
And abundant in mercy to all those who call upon You. - Is this not the fast that I have chosen:
To loose the bonds of wickedness,
To undo the heavy burdens,
To let the oppressed go free,
And that you break every yoke? - To him who is afflicted, kindness should be shown by his friend,
Even though he forsakes the fear of the Almighty. - And He said to them, “Take heed and beware of covetousness, for one’s life does not consist in the abundance of the things he possesses.”
- For godly sorrow produces repentance leading to salvation, not to be regretted; but the sorrow of the world produces death.
- Therefore I say to you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven men.
- Who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from every lawless deed and purify for Himself His own special people, zealous for good works.
- And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease among the people.
- Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God! Therefore the world does not know us, because it did not know Him.
- Six days shall work be done, but the seventh day is a Sabbath of solemn rest, a holy convocation. You shall do no work on it; it is the Sabbath of the Lord in all your dwellings.
- But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law.
- Set me as a seal upon your heart,
As a seal upon your arm;
For love is as strong as death,
Jealousy as cruel as the grave;
Its flames are flames of fire,
A most vehement flame. - All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.
- I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service.
- So He said to them, “Are you thus without understanding also? Do you not perceive that whatever enters a man from outside cannot defile him, because it does not enter his heart but his stomach, and is eliminated, thus purifying all foods?”
May the Lord our God be with us, as He was with our fathers. May He not leave us nor forsake us.
