| So then let’s not sleep, as the rest do, but let’s watch and be sober. | Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober. |

| Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor that which is evil. Cling to that which is good. | Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good. |

| Observe the Sabbath day, to keep it holy, as Yahweh your God commanded you. You shall labor six days, and do all your work; but the seventh day is a Sabbath to Yahweh your God, in which you shall not do any work— neither you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your male servant, nor your female servant, nor your ox, nor your donkey, nor any of your livestock, nor your stranger who is within your gates; that your male servant and your female servant may rest as well as you. | Keep the sabbath day to sanctify it, as the Lord thy God hath commanded thee. You shall love Yahweh your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your might. | Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord: And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might. |
| He will not allow your foot to be moved. He who keeps you will not slumber. | He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber. |
| Let no one seek his own, but each one his neighbor’s good. | Let no man seek his own, but every man another's wealth. |
| “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, and your ways are not my ways,” says Yahweh. | For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord. |
| Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled; but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers. | Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge. |
| Salvation belongs to Yahweh. May your blessing be on your people. Selah. | Salvation belongeth unto the Lord: thy blessing is upon thy people. Selah. |
| Don’t let him who eats despise him who doesn’t eat. Don’t let him who doesn’t eat judge him who eats, for God has accepted him. | Let not him that eateth despise him that eateth not; and let not him which eateth not judge him that eateth: for God hath received him. |
| If we live by the Spirit, let’s also walk by the Spirit. | If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. |
| Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed. | Commit thy works unto the Lord, and thy thoughts shall be established. |
| Now on the last and greatest day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, “If anyone is thirsty, let him come to me and drink!” | In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink. |
| Not to us, Yahweh, not to us, but to your name give glory, for your loving kindness, and for your truth’s sake. | Not unto us, O Lord, not unto us, but unto thy name give glory, for thy mercy, and for thy truth's sake. |

| Deep calls to deep at the noise of your waterfalls. All your waves and your billows have swept over me. | Deep calleth unto deep at the noise of thy waterspouts: all thy waves and thy billows are gone over me. |
