When He had called the people to Himself, with His disciples also, He said to them, “Whoever desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me.”And when he had called the people unto him with his disciples also, he said unto them, Whosoever will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.
Let all that you do be done with love.Let all your things be done with charity.
You shall walk after the Lord your God and fear Him, and keep His commandments and obey His voice; you shall serve Him and hold fast to Him.Ye shall walk after the Lord your God, and fear him, and keep his commandments, and obey his voice, and ye shall serve him, and cleave unto him.
Therefore, having obtained help from God, to this day I stand, witnessing both to small and great, saying no other things than those which the prophets and Moses said would come— that the Christ would suffer, that He would be the first to rise from the dead, and would proclaim light to the Jewish people and to the Gentiles.Having therefore obtained help of God, I continue unto this day, witnessing both to small and great, saying none other things than those which the prophets and Moses did say should come: That Christ should suffer, and that he should be the first that should rise from the dead, and should shew light unto the people, and to the Gentiles.
Let each of us please his neighbor for his good, leading to edification.Let every one of us please his neighbour for his good to edification.
I, even I, am He who comforts you. Who are you that you should be afraid Of a man who will die, And of the son of a man who will be made like grass?I, even I, am he that comforteth you: who art thou, that thou shouldest be afraid of a man that shall die, and of the son of man which shall be made as grass.
But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind.But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.
But as for you, speak the things which are proper for sound doctrine.But speak thou the things which become sound doctrine.
Brethren, if a man is overtaken in any trespass, you who are spiritual restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness, considering yourself lest you also be tempted.Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.
And it shall be, when he is guilty in any of these matters, that he shall confess that he has sinned in that thing.And it shall be, when he shall be guilty in one of these things, that he shall confess that he hath sinned in that thing.
You shall diligently keep the commandments of the Lord your God, His testimonies, and His statutes which He has commanded you.Ye shall diligently keep the commandments of the Lord your God, and his testimonies, and his statutes, which he hath commanded thee.
‘You shall not murder,’ ‘You shall not commit adultery,’ ‘You shall not steal,’ ‘You shall not bear false witness,’ ‘Honor your father and your mother,’ and, ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’Thou shalt do no murder, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Honour thy father and thy mother: and, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
Therefore let us not sleep, as others do, but let us watch and be sober.Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober.
A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another.A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.
When a man has taken a new wife, he shall not go out to war or be charged with any business; he shall be free at home one year, and bring happiness to his wife whom he has taken.When a man hath taken a new wife, he shall not go out to war, neither shall he be charged with any business: but he shall be free at home one year, and shall cheer up his wife which he hath taken.
Let no one deceive himself. If anyone among you seems to be wise in this age, let him become a fool that he may become wise.Let no man deceive himself. If any man among you seemeth to be wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he may be wise.
But, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head—Christ.But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ.
For the commandments, “You shall not commit adultery,” “You shall not murder,” “You shall not steal,” “You shall not bear false witness,” “You shall not covet,” and if there is any other commandment, are all summed up in this saying, namely, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
Every moving thing that lives shall be food for you. I have given you all things, even as the green herbs. But you shall not eat flesh with its life, that is, its blood.Every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you; even as the green herb have I given you all things. But flesh with the life thereof, which is the blood thereof, shall ye not eat.
He who believes in the Son has everlasting life; and he who does not believe the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him.He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.
We are bound to thank God always for you, brethren, as it is fitting, because your faith grows exceedingly, and the love of every one of you all abounds toward each other.We are bound to thank God always for you, brethren, as it is meet, because that your faith groweth exceedingly, and the charity of every one of you all toward each other aboundeth.
One person esteems one day above another; another esteems every day alike. Let each be fully convinced in his own mind.One man esteemeth one day above another: another esteemeth every day alike. Let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind.
Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus.Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus.
Therefore be merciful, just as your Father also is merciful.Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful.
But as He who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct, because it is written, “Be holy, for I am holy.”But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation; Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.

You shall not make anything to be with Me—gods of silver or gods of gold you shall not make for yourselves.Ye shall not make with me gods of silver, neither shall ye make unto you gods of gold.
