- I spread out my hands to You;

He will make my feet like deer’s feet,
And He will make me walk on my high hills. - Therefore I will look to the Lord;
I will wait for the God of my salvation;
My God will hear me. - O God, You are my God;
Early will I seek You;
My soul thirsts for You;
My flesh longs for You
In a dry and thirsty land
Where there is no water. - My son, do not forget my law,
But let your heart keep my commands;
For length of days and long life
And peace they will add to you. - Jesus said to her, “Do not cling to Me, for I have not yet ascended to My Father; but go to My brethren and say to them, ‘I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.’ ”
- My times are in Your hand;
Deliver me from the hand of my enemies,
And from those who persecute me. - Hear my prayer, O Lord,
Give ear to my supplications!
In Your faithfulness answer me,
And in Your righteousness. - My son, give attention to my words;
Incline your ear to my sayings.
Do not let them depart from your eyes;
Keep them in the midst of your heart. - My lips shall greatly rejoice when I sing to You,
And my soul, which You have redeemed. - Your testimonies I have taken as a heritage forever,
For they are the rejoicing of my heart. - He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High
Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress;
My God, in Him I will trust.” - Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.
- I will sing to the Lord as long as I live;
I will sing praise to my God while I have my being. - For as the heavens are higher than the earth,
So are My ways higher than your ways,
And My thoughts than your thoughts. - Jesus answered them and said, “My doctrine is not Mine, but His who sent Me.”
- Out of the depths I have cried to You, O Lord;
Lord, hear my voice!
Let Your ears be attentive
To the voice of my supplications. - And I will make your descendants multiply as the stars of heaven; I will give to your descendants all these lands; and in your seed all the nations of the earth shall be blessed; because Abraham obeyed My voice and kept My charge, My commandments, My statutes, and My laws.
- O Lord, You have searched me and known me.
You know my sitting down and my rising up;
You understand my thought afar off. - I am the Lord your God: Walk in My statutes, keep My judgments, and do them; hallow My Sabbaths, and they will be a sign between Me and you, that you may know that I am the Lord your God.
- Bless the Lord, O my soul;
And all that is within me, bless His holy name! - Now therefore, if you will indeed obey My voice and keep My covenant, then you shall be a special treasure to Me above all people; for all the earth is Mine.
- Have mercy upon me, O God,
According to Your lovingkindness;
According to the multitude of Your tender mercies,
Blot out my transgressions.
Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity,
And cleanse me from my sin. - I wait for the Lord, my soul waits,
And in His word I do hope. - Let my teaching drop as the rain,
My speech distill as the dew,
As raindrops on the tender herb,
And as showers on the grass.
