Never (2/4)

And those who know Your name will put their trust in You; For You, Lord, have not forsaken those who seek You.Those who know your name trust in you, for you, O Lord, do not abandon those who search for you.
Wives, submit to your own husbands, as is fitting in the Lord. Husbands, love your wives and do not be bitter toward them.Wives, submit to your husbands, as is fitting for those who belong to the Lord. Husbands, love your wives and never treat them harshly.
Not lagging in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord.Never be lazy, but work hard and serve the Lord enthusiastically.
He who overcomes shall be clothed in white garments, and I will not blot out his name from the Book of Life; but I will confess his name before My Father and before His angels. All who are victorious will be clothed in white. I will never erase their names from the Book of Life, but I will announce before my Father and his angels that they are mine.
So then, those who are in the flesh cannot please God.That’s why those who are still under the control of their sinful nature can never please God.
For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.”As the Scriptures tell us, “Anyone who trusts in him will never be disgraced.”
But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. But when you ask him, be sure that your faith is in God alone. Do not waver, for a person with divided loyalty is as unsettled as a wave of the sea that is blown and tossed by the wind.
For we all stumble in many things. If anyone does not stumble in word, he is a perfect man, able also to bridle the whole body.Indeed, we all make many mistakes. For if we could control our tongues, we would be perfect and could also control ourselves in every other way.
May the Lord our God be with us, as He was with our fathers. May He not leave us nor forsake us.May the Lord our God be with us as he was with our ancestors; may he never leave us or abandon us.
What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin that grace may abound? Certainly not! How shall we who died to sin live any longer in it?Well then, should we keep on sinning so that God can show us more and more of his wonderful grace? Of course not! Since we have died to sin, how can we continue to live in it?
What shall we say then? Is the law sin? Certainly not! On the contrary, I would not have known sin except through the law. For I would not have known covetousness unless the law had said, “You shall not covet.”Well then, am I suggesting that the law of God is sinful? Of course not! In fact, it was the law that showed me my sin. I would never have known that coveting is wrong if the law had not said, “You must not covet.”
Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the Lord your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you.So be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid and do not panic before them. For the Lord your God will personally go ahead of you. He will neither fail you nor abandon you.
But let justice run down like water, And righteousness like a mighty stream.Instead, I want to see a mighty flood of justice, an endless river of righteous living.
For with God nothing will be impossible. For the word of God will never fail.
Get wisdom! Get understanding! Do not forget, nor turn away from the words of my mouth.Get wisdom; develop good judgment. Don’t forget my words or turn away from them.
I have set the Lord always before me; Because He is at my right hand I shall not be moved.I know the Lord is always with me. I will not be shaken, for he is right beside me.
The ransom of a man’s life is his riches, But the poor does not hear rebuke. The rich can pay a ransom for their lives, but the poor won’t even get threatened.
And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart. So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up.
Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, And whose hope is the Lord. For he shall be like a tree planted by the waters, Which spreads out its roots by the river, And will not fear when heat comes; But its leaf will be green, And will not be anxious in the year of drought, Nor will cease from yielding fruit. But blessed are those who trust in the Lord and have made the Lord their hope and confidence. They are like trees planted along a riverbank, with roots that reach deep into the water. Such trees are not bothered by the heat or worried by long months of drought. Their leaves stay green, and they never stop producing fruit.
Let not mercy and truth forsake you; Bind them around your neck, Write them on the tablet of your heart, And so find favor and high esteem In the sight of God and man.Never let loyalty and kindness leave you! Tie them around your neck as a reminder. Write them deep within your heart. Then you will find favor with both God and people, and you will earn a good reputation.
“For the mountains shall depart And the hills be removed, But My kindness shall not depart from you, Nor shall My covenant of peace be removed,” Says the Lord, who has mercy on you.“For the mountains may move and the hills disappear, but even then my faithful love for you will remain. My covenant of blessing will never be broken,” says the Lord, who has mercy on you.
Have you not known? Have you not heard? The everlasting God, the Lord, The Creator of the ends of the earth, Neither faints nor is weary. His understanding is unsearchable.Have you never heard? Have you never understood? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of all the earth. He never grows weak or weary. No one can measure the depths of his understanding.
Let no one say when he is tempted, “I am tempted by God”; for God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does He Himself tempt anyone. And remember, when you are being tempted, do not say, “God is tempting me.” God is never tempted to do wrong, and he never tempts anyone else.
And the Lord, He is the One who goes before you. He will be with you, He will not leave you nor forsake you; do not fear nor be dismayed.Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord will personally go ahead of you. He will be with you; he will neither fail you nor abandon you.
I will strengthen the house of Judah, And I will save the house of Joseph. I will bring them back, Because I have mercy on them. They shall be as though I had not cast them aside; For I am the Lord their God, And I will hear them.I will strengthen Judah and save Israel; I will restore them because of my compassion. It will be as though I had never rejected them, for I am the Lord their God, who will hear their cries.

The wicked borrows and does not repay, But the righteous shows mercy and gives. The wicked borrow and never repay, but the godly are generous givers.
