- But if a wicked person turns away from all the sins they have committed and keeps all my decrees and does what is just and right, that person will surely live; they will not die.
- If you listen carefully to the Lord your God and do what is right in his eyes, if you pay attention to his commands and keep all his decrees, I will not bring on you any of the diseases I brought on the Egyptians, for I am the Lord, who heals you.
- For he guards the course of the just
and protects the way of his faithful ones. - I have not departed from the commands of his lips;
I have treasured the words of his mouth more than my daily bread. - But the one who does not know and does things deserving punishment will be beaten with few blows. From everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded; and from the one who has been entrusted with much, much more will be asked.
- He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.”

- One person considers one day more sacred than another; another considers every day alike. Each of them should be fully convinced in their own mind.
- Be sure to keep the commands of the Lord your God and the stipulations and decrees he has given you.
- For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come.
- You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot.
- Keep his decrees and commands, which I am giving you today, so that it may go well with you and your children after you and that you may live long in the land the Lord your God gives you for all time.

- God sets the lonely in families,
he leads out the prisoners with singing;
but the rebellious live in a sun-scorched land. - Therefore anyone who sets aside one of the least of these commands and teaches others accordingly will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever practices and teaches these commands will be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
- You will have these tassels to look at and so you will remember all the commands of the Lord, that you may obey them and not prostitute yourselves by chasing after the lusts of your own hearts and eyes.
- But I, with shouts of grateful praise,
will sacrifice to you.
What I have vowed I will make good.
I will say, ‘Salvation comes from the Lord.’
The Lord said to Moses, “Come up to me on the mountain and stay here, and I will give you the tablets of stone with the law and commandments I have written for their instruction.”Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.
