These are sensual persons, who cause divisions, not having the Spirit. |
| Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on the lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Your light must shine before people in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven. | Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven. |
| So you are to be holy to Me, for I the Lord am holy; and I have singled you out from the peoples to be Mine. | And you shall be holy to Me, for I the Lord am holy, and have separated you from the peoples, that you should be Mine. |

| Open your mouth for the people who cannot speak, For the rights of all the unfortunate. | Open your mouth for the speechless, In the cause of all who are appointed to die. |
