People (2/4)

You shall not hate your fellow countryman in your heart; you may certainly rebuke your neighbor, but you are not to incur sin because of him. You shall not take vengeance, nor hold any grudge against the sons of your people, but you shall love your neighbor as yourself; I am the Lord. You shall not hate your brother in your heart. You shall surely rebuke your neighbor, and not bear sin because of him. You shall not take vengeance, nor bear any grudge against the children of your people, but you shall love your neighbor as yourself: I am the Lord.
But I tell you that for every careless word that people speak, they will give an account of it on the day of judgment. But I say to you that for every idle word men may speak, they will give account of it in the day of judgment.
Now when all the people were baptized, Jesus also was baptized, and while He was praying, heaven was opened, and the Holy Spirit descended upon Him in bodily form like a dove, and a voice came from heaven: “You are My beloved Son, in You I am well pleased.”When all the people were baptized, it came to pass that Jesus also was baptized; and while He prayed, the heaven was opened. And the Holy Spirit descended in bodily form like a dove upon Him, and a voice came from heaven which said, “You are My beloved Son; in You I am well pleased.”
Day by day continuing with one mind in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they were taking their meals together with gladness and sincerity of heart, praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord was adding to their number day by day those who were being saved. So continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they ate their food with gladness and simplicity of heart, praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily those who were being saved.
And I heard a loud voice from the throne, saying, “Behold, the tabernacle of God is among the people, and He will dwell among them, and they shall be His people, and God Himself will be among them, and He will wipe away every tear from their eyes; and there will no longer be any death; there will no longer be any mourning, or crying, or pain; the first things have passed away.”And I heard a loud voice from heaven saying, “Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people. God Himself will be with them and be their God. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.”
Pursue peace with all people, and the holiness without which no one will see the Lord.Pursue peace with all people, and holiness, without which no one will see the Lord.
But those who want to get rich fall into temptation and a trap, and many foolish and harmful desires which plunge people into ruin and destruction. But those who desire to be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and harmful lusts which drown men in destruction and perdition.
By this all people will know that you are My disciples: if you have love for one another.By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.
Therefore I say to you, every sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven people, but blasphemy against the Spirit shall not be forgiven. Therefore I say to you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven men.
So then, be careful how you walk, not as unwise people but as wise, making the most of your time, because the days are evil.See then that you walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil.
It is better to take refuge in the Lord Than to trust in people. It is better to trust in the Lord Than to put confidence in man.
So, having obtained help from God, I stand to this day testifying both to small and great, stating nothing but what the Prophets and Moses said was going to take place, as to whether the Christ was to suffer, and whether, as first from the resurrection of the dead, He would proclaim light both to the Jewish people and to the Gentiles. Therefore, having obtained help from God, to this day I stand, witnessing both to small and great, saying no other things than those which the prophets and Moses said would come— that the Christ would suffer, that He would be the first to rise from the dead, and would proclaim light to the Jewish people and to the Gentiles.
A person’s gift makes room for him And brings him before great people.A man’s gift makes room for him, And brings him before great men.
But He said, “The things that are impossible with people are possible with God.”But He said, “The things which are impossible with men are possible with God.”
I tell you that in the same way, there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous people who have no need of repentance.I say to you that likewise there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine just persons who need no repentance.
Let your gentle spirit be known to all people. The Lord is near.Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand.
If possible, so far as it depends on you, be at peace with all people. If it is possible, as much as depends on you, live peaceably with all men.
For if you forgive other people for their offenses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.
That they were saying to you, “In the last time there will be mockers, following after their own ungodly lusts.” These are the ones who cause divisions, worldly-minded, devoid of the Spirit. How they told you that there would be mockers in the last time who would walk according to their own ungodly lusts. These are sensual persons, who cause divisions, not having the Spirit.
Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on the lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Your light must shine before people in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven.Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.
So you are to be holy to Me, for I the Lord am holy; and I have singled you out from the peoples to be Mine. And you shall be holy to Me, for I the Lord am holy, and have separated you from the peoples, that you should be Mine.
Glory to God in the highest, And on earth peace among people with whom He is pleased.Glory to God in the highest, And on earth peace, goodwill toward men!
And He summoned the crowd together with His disciples, and said to them, “If anyone wants to come after Me, he must deny himself, take up his cross, and follow Me.”When He had called the people to Himself, with His disciples also, He said to them, “Whoever desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me.”
Open your mouth for the people who cannot speak, For the rights of all the unfortunate.Open your mouth for the speechless, In the cause of all who are appointed to die.
But if you do not forgive other people, then your Father will not forgive your offenses. But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.

One who walks with wise people will be wise, But a companion of fools will suffer harm.He who walks with wise men will be wise, But the companion of fools will be destroyed.
