Chinese (traditional)Bible Verses about 'Prayers'
- If anyone turns a deaf ear to my instruction,
even their prayers are detestable. - For I know that through your prayers and God’s provision of the Spirit of Jesus Christ what has happened to me will turn out for my deliverance.
- Husbands, in the same way be considerate as you live with your wives, and treat them with respect as the weaker partner and as heirs with you of the gracious gift of life, so that nothing will hinder your prayers.
- They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.
- The end of all things is near. Therefore be alert and of sober mind so that you may pray.
- And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.
- For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous
and his ears are attentive to their prayer,
but the face of the Lord is against those who do evil. - And when you pray, do not keep on babbling like pagans, for they think they will be heard because of their many words.
A fool spurns a parent’s discipline,
but whoever heeds correction shows prudence. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing.Next verse! With image
