| They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them. | And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever. | And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever. |
| The one who is victorious will, like them, be dressed in white. | See to it, brothers and sisters, that none of you has a sinful, unbelieving heart that turns away from the living God. | Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God. |
| When he comes, he will prove the world to be in the wrong about sin and righteousness and judgment. | And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment. |
