Bible Verses about 'Proud'
- When I fed them, they were satisfied;
when they were satisfied, they became proud;
then they forgot me. - See, the enemy is puffed up;
his desires are not upright—
but the righteous person will live by his faithfulness. - Live in harmony with one another. Do not be proud, but be willing to associate with people of low position. Do not be conceited.
- Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.
