Bible Verses about Pride
- When pride comes, then comes disgrace,
but with humility comes wisdom. - To fear the Lord is to hate evil;
I hate pride and arrogance,
evil behavior and perverse speech. - Live in harmony with one another. Do not be proud, but be willing to associate with people of low position. Do not be conceited.
- Pride brings a person low,
but the lowly in spirit gain honor. - But, “Let the one who boasts boast in the Lord.” For it is not the one who commends himself who is approved, but the one whom the Lord commends.

All these evils come from inside and defile a person.”
