I will instruct you
and guide you in the way you should go;
I will counsel you
and keep my eyes upon you.

For the word of the Lord is true,
and he is faithful in everything he does.

The Lord loves righteousness and justice;
the earth is filled with his kindness.

The heavens were made by the word of the Lord,
and all their host by the breath of his mouth.

Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord,
the people whom he has chosen as his heritage.

But the eyes of the Lord are on those who fear him,
on those who trust in his kindness.

O Lord, let your kindness rest upon us,
for we have placed our hope in you.
Psalm 33:22 trust reliability hope
I will bless the Lord at all times;
his praise will be continually on my lips.
Psalm 34:2 worship blessing speaking
I sought the Lord, and he answered me;
he set me free from all my fears.
Psalm 34:5 fear listening seeking
In my anguish I cried out;
the Lord heard my plea,
and I was saved from all my troubles.

Taste and see that the Lord is good;
blessed is the man who takes refuge in him.
Psalm 34:9 God blessing rest
The powerful suffer want and go hungry,
but those who seek the Lord want for no good thing.
Psalm 34:11 God seeking
Then keep your tongue from evil
and your lips from telling lies.
Psalm 34:14 speaking evil truth
Shun evil and do good;
seek peace and pursue it.
Psalm 34:15 evil goodness peace
The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous,
and his ears are open to their cry.
Psalm 34:16 righteousness listening
The face of the Lord is turned against those who do evil,
to erase all memory of them from the earth.
Psalm 34:17 evil sin
The righteous call out, and the Lord hears them;
he rescues them from all their troubles.
The Lord remains close to the brokenhearted,
and he saves those whose spirit is crushed.
Psalm 34:18-19 salvation redeemer nearness
The misfortunes of the righteous man are many,
but the Lord delivers him, from all of them.
Psalm 34:20 righteousness suffering redeemer
The Lord redeems the lives of those who serve him;
no one will be condemned who takes refuge in him.
Psalm 34:23 salvation life protection
Put your trust in the Lord and do good,
that you may dwell in the land and be secure.
Psalm 37:3 trust safety goodness
Take delight in the Lord,
and he will grant you what your heart desires.
Psalm 37:4 giving seeking heart
Commit your way to the Lord;
place your trust in him, and he will act.
He will make your righteousness shine like the dawn,
and the justice of your cause, like the noonday.
Psalm 37:5-6 trust righteousness life
Wait quietly for the Lord
and be patient until he comes.
Do not fret over the man who prospers
because of his evil schemes.
Psalm 37:7 honesty life patience
Preferable is the little that the righteous possess
than the great wealth of the wicked.
For the power of the wicked will be overcome,
but the Lord protects the righteous.
Psalm 37:16-17 sin money righteousness
The wicked man borrows but neglects to repay,
whereas the righteous man is generous in giving.
Psalm 37:21 debt money righteousness

The Lord makes a man’s steps secure
when he approves of his conduct.
