| Surely the Lord God does nothing, Unless He reveals His secret to His servants the prophets. | Surely the Sovereign Lord does nothing without revealing his plan to his servants the prophets. |
| The Lord redeems the soul of His servants, And none of those who trust in Him shall be condemned. | The Lord will rescue his servants; no one who takes refuge in him will be condemned. |

| “No weapon formed against you shall prosper, And every tongue which rises against you in judgment You shall condemn. | Exhort bondservants to be obedient to their own masters, to be well pleasing in all things, not answering back, not pilfering, but showing all good fidelity, that they may adorn the doctrine of God our Savior in all things. | Teach slaves to be subject to their masters in everything, to try to please them, not to talk back to them, and not to steal from them, but to show that they can be fully trusted, so that in every way they will make the teaching about God our Savior attractive. |
