- In this my Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; and so you will be my disciples.
- For as the heavens are higher than the earth,
so are my ways higher than your ways,
and my thoughts than your thoughts. - In my Father’s house are many homes. If it weren’t so, I would have told you. I am going to prepare a place for you.
- For you need endurance so that, having done the will of God, you may receive the promise.
- For as the body is one and has many members, and all the members of the body, being many, are one body; so also is Christ.
- You shall consider in your heart that as a man disciplines his son, so Yahweh your God disciplines you.
- For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with him those who have fallen asleep in Jesus.
- For as through the one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, even so through the obedience of the one, many will be made righteous.
- So then the Lord, after he had spoken to them, was received up into heaven and sat down at the right hand of God.
- Beloved, if God loved us in this way, we also ought to love one another.
- Return, and turn yourselves from all your transgressions, so iniquity will not be your ruin.
- For so has the Lord commanded us, saying,
‘I have set you as a light for the Gentiles,
that you should bring salvation to the uttermost parts of the earth.’ - Repent therefore, and turn again, that your sins may be blotted out, so that there may come times of refreshing from the presence of the Lord.
- “Can anyone hide himself in secret places
so that I can’t see him?” says Yahweh.
“Don’t I fill heaven and earth?” says Yahweh. - For him who knew no sin he made to be sin on our behalf, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.
- Even so, I tell you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner repenting.
- So Christ also, having been offered once to bear the sins of many, will appear a second time, not to deal with sin, but to save those who are eagerly waiting for him.
- Bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, if any man has a complaint against any; even as Christ forgave you, so you also do.
- As you don’t know what is the way of the wind,
nor how the bones grow in the womb of her who is with child;
even so you don’t know the work of God who does all. - Yahweh said to Satan, “Behold, all that he has is in your power. Only on himself don’t stretch out your hand.” So Satan went out from the presence of Yahweh.
- Even so husbands also ought to love their own wives as their own bodies. He who loves his own wife loves himself.
- Behold, he is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see him, including those who pierced him. All the tribes of the earth will mourn over him. Even so, Amen.
- It shall not be so among you; but whoever desires to become great among you shall be your servant. Whoever desires to be first among you shall be your bondservant.
- So is my word that goes out of my mouth:
it will not return to me void,
but it will accomplish that which I please,
and it will prosper in the thing I sent it to do. - So, then, my beloved brothers, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, and slow to anger.
