Jesus then said, “I will remain with you only for a short time longer, and then I shall return to him who sent me.”Therefore Jesus said, “For a little while longer I am going to be with you, and then I am going to Him who sent Me.”

I then heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send? Who will go for us?” I said, “Here I am. Send me!”Then I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, “Whom shall I send, and who will go for Us?” Then I said, “Here am I. Send me!”
I have made a covenant with my eyes not to look with desire upon a virgin.I have made a covenant with my eyes; How then could I look at a virgin?
Then, after completing their fasting and prayer, they laid their hands on them and sent them off.Then, when they had fasted, prayed, and laid their hands on them, they sent them away.
When you call out to me and come forth and pray to me, I will listen to you.Then you will call upon Me and come and pray to Me, and I will listen to you.
I do not set aside the grace of God, for if justification comes through the Law, then Christ died for nothing.I do not nullify the grace of God, for if righteousness comes through the Law, then Christ died needlessly.
And the good news of the kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the entire world as a testimony offered to all the nations. And then the end will come.This gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all the nations, and then the end will come.
Do not let this book of the law be absent from your mouth; meditate upon it day and night, so that you might carefully observe everything that is written in it. Then you will prosper and be successful.This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it; for then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will achieve success.
Then, after he had spoken to them, the Lord Jesus was taken up into heaven, and there he took his place at the right hand of God.So then, when the Lord Jesus had spoken to them, He was received up into heaven and sat down at the right hand of God.
What then shall we say? Should we persist in sin in order that grace may abound? Of course not! We have died to sin. How can we live in it any longer?What shall we say then? Are we to continue in sin so that grace may increase? Far from it! How shall we who died to sin still live in it?
God said, “Let there be light!” And there was light.Then God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light.
So we must not fall asleep as the others do, but we must stay alert and sober.So then, let’s not sleep as others do, but let’s be alert and sober.
However, the wisdom that comes from above is first of all pure, then peaceable, gentle, and considerate, full of mercy and good fruits, without any trace of partiality or hypocrisy.But the wisdom from above is first pure, then peace-loving, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, impartial, free of hypocrisy.
For this reason, I rejoice when I endure weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and distress for the sake of Christ. For it is when I am weak that I am strong.Therefore I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in distresses, in persecutions, in difficulties, in behalf of Christ; for when I am weak, then I am strong.
And if then my people who bear my name humble themselves and pray to me and seek my presence as they turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear them from heaven and forgive their sins and restore their land.And My people who are called by My name humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.
He continued, “Then put away the foreign gods from among you. Bend your heart to the Lord, the God of Israel.”Now then, do away with the foreign gods which are in your midst, and incline your hearts to the Lord, the God of Israel.
My son, if your heart is wise, then my heart will be glad.My son, if your heart is wise, My own heart also will be glad.
I will, thereby, display my greatness and my holiness and make myself known to many nations. Then they will know that I am the Lord.So I will prove Myself great, show Myself holy, and make Myself known in the sight of many nations; and they will know that I am the Lord.
Then Jesus said to those Jews who did believe in him, “If you remain faithful to my word, you will truly be my disciples. You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”So Jesus was saying to those Jews who had believed Him, “If you continue in My word, then you are truly My disciples; and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”
Then the other disciple who had reached the tomb first also went inside, and he saw and believed. They still did not understand the Scripture indicating that he must rise from the dead.So the other disciple who had first come to the tomb also entered then, and he saw and believed. For they did not yet understand the Scripture, that He must rise from the dead.

If you, then, despite your evil nature, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will the heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!So if you, despite being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him?
