| And who is there to harm you if you prove zealous for what is good? | And who is he that will harm you, if ye be followers of that which is good? |
| Take care, brothers and sisters, that there will not be in any one of you an evil, unbelieving heart that falls away from the living God. | Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God. |

| For if the willingness is present, it is acceptable according to what a person has, not according to what he does not have. | For if there be first a willing mind, it is accepted according to that a man hath, and not according to that he hath not. |

| I know that there is nothing better for them than to rejoice and to do good in one’s lifetime; moreover, that every person who eats and drinks sees good in all his labor—this is the gift of God. | I know that there is no good in them, but for a man to rejoice, and to do good in his life. | When pride comes, then comes dishonor; But with the humble there is wisdom. | When pride cometh, then cometh shame: but with the lowly is wisdom. |
| But now apart from the Law the righteousness of God has been revealed, being witnessed by the Law and the Prophets, but it is the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ for all those who believe; for there is no distinction. | But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets; Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference. |
| Now then, let the fear of the Lord be upon you; be careful about what you do, for the Lord our God will have no part in injustice or partiality, or in the taking of a bribe. | Wherefore now let the fear of the Lord be upon you; take heed and do it: for there is no iniquity with the Lord our God, nor respect of persons, nor taking of gifts. |
| Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh; is anything too difficult for Me? | Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh: is there any thing too hard for me? |
| When the day of Pentecost had come, they were all together in one place. And suddenly a noise like a violent rushing wind came from heaven, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. | And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting. |
| I will make them and the places around My hill a blessing. And I will make showers fall in their season; they will be showers of blessing. | And I will make them and the places round about my hill a blessing; and I will cause the shower to come down in his season; there shall be showers of blessing. |
| Many plans are in a person’s heart, But the advice of the Lord will stand. | There are many devices in a man's heart; nevertheless the counsel of the Lord, that shall stand. |
| For this, “You shall not commit adultery, You shall not murder, You shall not steal, You shall not covet,” and if there is any other commandment, it is summed up in this saying, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” | For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. |
