For through the grace given to me I say to everyone among you not to think more highly of himself than he ought to think; but to think so as to have sound judgment, as God has allotted to each a measure of faith.For by the grace given me I say to every one of you: Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with sober judgment, in accordance with the faith God has distributed to each of you.

What is man that You think of him, And a son of man that You are concerned about him?What is mankind that you are mindful of them, human beings that you care for them?
For this reason you must be ready as well; for the Son of Man is coming at an hour when you do not think He will.So you also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him.
Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, think about these things.Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.
Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly beyond all that we ask or think, according to the power that works within us, to Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Amen.Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.
‘For I know the plans that I have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans for prosperity and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.’For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
Take care that no one deceives himself. If anyone among you thinks that he is wise in this age, he must become foolish, so that he may become wise.Do not deceive yourselves. If any of you think you are wise by the standards of this age, you should become “fools” so that you may become wise.
The Lord is not slow about His promise, as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not willing for any to perish, but for all to come to repentance.The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.
I have made a covenant with my eyes; How then could I look at a virgin?I made a covenant with my eyes not to look lustfully at a young woman.
Every person’s way is right in his own eyes, But the Lord examines the hearts.A person may think their own ways are right, but the Lord weighs the heart.
But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh in regard to its lusts.Rather, clothe yourselves with the Lord Jesus Christ, and do not think about how to gratify the desires of the flesh.

Set your minds on the things that are above, not on the things that are on earth.Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things.
What then if you see the Son of Man ascending to where He was before?Then what if you see the Son of Man ascend to where he was before!
For those who are in accord with the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who are in accord with the Spirit, the things of the Spirit.Those who live according to the flesh have their minds set on what the flesh desires; but those who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires.
One person values one day over another, another values every day the same. Each person must be fully convinced in his own mind.One person considers one day more sacred than another; another considers every day alike. Each of them should be fully convinced in their own mind.
A rich person’s wealth is his strong city, And like a high wall in his own imagination.The wealth of the rich is their fortified city; they imagine it a wall too high to scale.
So you are to know in your heart that the Lord your God was disciplining you just as a man disciplines his son.Know then in your heart that as a man disciplines his son, so the Lord your God disciplines you.
One who loves money will not be satisfied with money, nor one who loves abundance with its income. This too is futility.Whoever loves money never has enough; whoever loves wealth is never satisfied with their income. This too is meaningless.
Now accept the one who is weak in faith, but not to have quarrels over opinions.Accept the one whose faith is weak, without quarreling over disputable matters.

Only fear the Lord and serve Him in truth with all your heart; for consider what great things He has done for you.But be sure to fear the Lord and serve him faithfully with all your heart; consider what great things he has done for you.
