In this is love, not that we have loved God but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.This is what love is: not that we have loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as expiation for our sins.
And I tell you, you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.And I say to you: You are Peter, and on this rock I will build my Church, and the gates of the netherworld will not prevail against it.
This Jesus is the stone that was rejected by you, the builders, which has become the cornerstone.This is ‘the stone rejected by you, the builders, that has become the cornerstone.’

To them God chose to make known how great among the Gentiles are the riches of the glory of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.To these God chose to make known how rich is the priceless glory that this mystery brings to the Gentiles—Christ in you, your hope of glory.
And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ.I am confident of this: that the one who began a good work in you will bring it to completion on the day of Christ Jesus.
