  • By this we know that we remain in him and he in us, because he has given us of his Spirit.
  • Abba, Father, all things are possible to you. Please remove this cup from me. However, not what I desire, but what you desire.
  • This is the message which we have heard from him and announce to you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.
  • As they were eating, Jesus took bread, gave thanks for it, and broke it. He gave to the disciples and said, “Take, eat; this is my body.”
  • Don’t say, “Why were the former days better than these?” For you do not ask wisely about this.
  • Likewise, he took the cup after supper, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in my blood, which is poured out for you.”
  • The second is like this: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no other commandment greater than these.
  • Looking at them, Jesus said, “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”
  • Then I saw all the labor and achievement that is the envy of a man’s neighbor. This also is vanity and a striving after wind.

  • He who loves silver shall not be satisfied with silver, nor he who loves abundance, with increase. This also is vanity.
  • By this God’s love was revealed in us, that God has sent his only born Son into the world that we might live through him.
  • I am the living bread which came down out of heaven. If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever. Yes, the bread which I will give for the life of the world is my flesh.
  • To whom God was pleased to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.
  • For the whole law is fulfilled in one word, in this: “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”
  • This saying is trustworthy:
“For if we died with him,
we will also live with him.”

Being confident of this very thing, that he who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ.
