| Yea, in the way of thy judgments, O Lord, have we waited for thee; the desire of our soul is to thy name, and to the remembrance of thee. | Indeed, while following the way of Your judgments, Lord, We have waited for You eagerly; Your name, and remembering You, is the desire of our souls. |
| And Jesus said unto him, Go thy way; thy faith hath made thee whole. And immediately he received his sight, and followed Jesus in the way. | And Jesus said to him, “Go; your faith has made you well.” And immediately he regained his sight and began following Him on the road. |

| Let thy mercy, O Lord, be upon us, according as we hope in thee. | Let Your favor, Lord, be upon us, Just as we have waited for You. |
| But thou, when thou fastest, anoint thine head, and wash thy face; That thou appear not unto men to fast, but unto thy Father which is in secret: and thy Father, which seeth in secret, shall reward thee openly. | But as for you, when you fast, anoint your head and wash your face, so that your fasting will not be noticed by people but by your Father who is in secret; and your Father who sees what is done in secret will reward you. |
| And ye shall serve the Lord your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee. | And you shall serve the Lord your God, and He will bless your bread and your water; and I will remove sickness from your midst. |
| Incline my heart unto thy testimonies, and not to covetousness. | Incline my heart to Your testimonies, And not to dishonest gain. |
| Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. | Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I fear no evil, for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. |
| But I have trusted in thy mercy; my heart shall rejoice in thy salvation. I will sing unto the Lord, because he hath dealt bountifully with me. | But I have trusted in Your faithfulness; My heart shall rejoice in Your salvation. I will sing to the Lord, Because He has looked after me. |
| We have sinned, and have committed iniquity, and have done wickedly, and have rebelled, even by departing from thy precepts and from thy judgments. | We have sinned, we have done wrong, and acted wickedly and rebelled, even turning aside from Your commandments and ordinances. |
| Grant thee according to thine own heart, and fulfil all thy counsel. | May He grant you your heart’s desire And fulfill your whole plan! |
| But I will sing of thy power; yea, I will sing aloud of thy mercy in the morning: for thou hast been my defence and refuge in the day of my trouble. | But as for me, I will sing of Your strength; Yes, I will joyfully sing of Your faithfulness in the morning, For You have been my refuge And a place of refuge on the day of my distress. |
| Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. | Trust in the Lord with all your heart And do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He will make your paths straight. |
| Because thy lovingkindness is better than life, my lips shall praise thee. Thus will I bless thee while I live: I will lift up my hands in thy name. | Because Your favor is better than life, My lips will praise You. So I will bless You as long as I live; I will lift up my hands in Your name. |
| I have chosen the way of truth: thy judgments have I laid before me. | I have chosen the faithful way; I have placed Your judgments before me. |
| O Lord, thou art my God; I will exalt thee, I will praise thy name; for thou hast done wonderful things; thy counsels of old are faithfulness and truth. | Lord, You are my God; I will exalt You, I will give thanks to Your name; For You have worked wonders, Plans formed long ago, with perfect faithfulness. |
| So shall the knowledge of wisdom be unto thy soul: when thou hast found it, then there shall be a reward, and thy expectation shall not be cut off. | Know that wisdom is the same for your soul; If you find it, then there will be a future, And your hope will not be cut off. |
| Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee. | I have treasured Your word in my heart, So that I may not sin against You. |
| Turn again, and tell Hezekiah the captain of my people, Thus saith the Lord, the God of David thy father, I have heard thy prayer, I have seen thy tears: behold, I will heal thee: on the third day thou shalt go up unto the house of the Lord. | Return and say to Hezekiah the leader of My people, ‘This is what the Lord, the God of your father David says: “I have heard your prayer, I have seen your tears; behold, I am going to heal you. On the third day you shall go up to the house of the Lord.”’ |
| In the multitude of my thoughts within me thy comforts delight my soul. | When my anxious thoughts multiply within me, Your comfort delights my soul. |
| I will never forget thy precepts: for with them thou hast quickened me. | I will never forget Your precepts, For by them You have revived me. |
| Turn not to the right hand nor to the left: remove thy foot from evil. | Do not turn to the right or to the left; Turn your foot from evil. |
| I have rejoiced in the way of thy testimonies, as much as in all riches. | I have rejoiced in the way of Your testimonies, As much as in all riches. |
| Remember now thy Creator in the days of thy youth, while the evil days come not, nor the years draw nigh, when thou shalt say, I have no pleasure in them. | Remember also your Creator in the days of your youth, before the evil days come and the years approach when you will say, “I have no pleasure in them”. |
| Great peace have they which love thy law: and nothing shall offend them. | Those who love Your Law have great peace, And nothing causes them to stumble. |
| Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life. | Watch over your heart with all diligence, For from it flow the springs of life. |
