- Blessed is he
whose transgression is forgiven,
whose sin is covered. - Who is a God like unto thee,

- And for this cause he is the mediator of the new testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance.
- He that covereth his sins shall not prosper:
but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy. - But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
- And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.
- But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved).
- To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.
