Anxiety in the heart of man causes depression, But a good word makes it glad.Anxiety weighs down the heart, but a kind word cheers it up.
Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.
And walk in love, as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling aroma.And walk in the way of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.

As free, yet not using liberty as a cloak for vice, but as bondservants of God.Live as free people, but do not use your freedom as a cover-up for evil; live as God’s slaves.

A perverse man sows strife, And a whisperer separates the best of friends.A perverse person stirs up conflict, and a gossip separates close friends.
Let no corrupt word proceed out of your mouth, but what is good for necessary edification, that it may impart grace to the hearers.Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.
