- For I will satisfy the weary soul, and every languishing soul I will replenish.
- And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.
- But they who wait for the Lord
shall renew their strength;
they shall mount up with wings like eagles;
they shall run and not be weary;
they shall walk and not faint. - Have you not known? Have you not heard?
The Lord is the everlasting God,
the Creator of the ends of the earth.
He does not faint or grow weary;
his understanding is unsearchable. - Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
- O God, you are my God;
earnestly I seek you;
my soul thirsts for you;
my flesh faints for you,
as in a dry and weary land
where there is no water. - My son, do not despise the Lord's discipline
or be weary of his reproof,
for the Lord reproves him whom he loves,
as a father the son in whom he delights. - He gives power to the faint,
and to him who has no might he increases strength. - Do not toil to acquire wealth;
be discerning enough to desist.
Who is this King of glory?
The Lord of hosts,
he is the King of glory! Selah
