So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.As we look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen. For the things that are seen are transient, but the things that are unseen are eternal.
Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good.Let love be genuine. Abhor what is evil; hold fast to what is good.
If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.
For the flesh desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the flesh. They are in conflict with each other, so that you are not to do whatever you want.For the desires of the flesh are against the Spirit, and the desires of the Spirit are against the flesh, for these are opposed to each other, to keep you from doing the things you want to do.
Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.
Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.

The lips of the righteous know what finds favor, but the mouth of the wicked only what is perverse.The lips of the righteous know what is acceptable, but the mouth of the wicked, what is perverse.
Put to death, therefore, whatever belongs to your earthly nature: sexual immorality, impurity, lust, evil desires and greed, which is idolatry.Put to death therefore what is earthly in you: sexual immorality, impurity, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry.
However, as it is written: “What no eye has seen, what no ear has heard, and what no human mind has conceived”— the things God has prepared for those who love him.But, as it is written, “What no eye has seen, nor ear heard, nor the heart of man imagined, what God has prepared for those who love him”
“Abba, Father,” he said, “everything is possible for you. Take this cup from me. Yet not what I will, but what you will.”Abba, Father, all things are possible for you. Remove this cup from me. Yet not what I will, but what you will.
This is what the Lord says to Israel: “Seek me and live.”For thus says the Lord to the house of Israel: “Seek me and live.”
For if the willingness is there, the gift is acceptable according to what one has, not according to what one does not have.For if the readiness is there, it is acceptable according to what a person has, not according to what he does not have.
God “will repay each person according to what they have done.”He will render to each one according to his works.
You, however, must teach what is appropriate to sound doctrine.But as for you, teach what accords with sound doctrine.
What good will it be for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul? Or what can anyone give in exchange for their soul?For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his soul? Or what shall a man give in return for his soul?
You, therefore, have no excuse, you who pass judgment on someone else, for at whatever point you judge another, you are condemning yourself, because you who pass judgment do the same things.Therefore you have no excuse, O man, every one of you who judges. For in passing judgment on another you condemn yourself, because you, the judge, practice the very same things.
Jesus replied, “What is impossible with man is possible with God.”But he said, “What is impossible with man is possible with God.”
Then what if you see the Son of Man ascend to where he was before!Then what if you were to see the Son of Man ascending to where he was before?
He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?
You call me ‘Teacher’ and ‘Lord,’ and rightly so, for that is what I am.You call me Teacher and Lord, and you are right, for so I am.
Do not worry about your life, what you will eat; or about your body, what you will wear. For life is more than food, and the body more than clothes.Do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat, nor about your body, what you will put on. But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently.But if we hope for what we do not see, we wait for it with patience.
What shall we say, then? Is the law sinful? Certainly not! Nevertheless, I would not have known what sin was had it not been for the law. For I would not have known what coveting really was if the law had not said, “You shall not covet.”What then shall we say? That the law is sin? By no means! Yet if it had not been for the law, I would not have known sin. For I would not have known what it is to covet if the law had not said, “You shall not covet.”

Do not be yoked together with unbelievers. For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness?Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what partnership has righteousness with lawlessness? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?
