He then called the people and his disciples to him and said to them, “Anyone who wishes to follow me must deny himself, take up his cross, and follow me.” | Then he called the crowd to him along with his disciples and said: “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me.” |
I am the gate. Anyone who enters through me will be saved. He will go in and out and will find pasture. | I am the gate; whoever enters through me will be saved. They will come in and go out, and find pasture. |
