- He who believes in the Son has everlasting life; and he who does not believe the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him.
- A fool despises his father’s instruction,
But he who receives correction is prudent. - He who walks with integrity walks securely,
But he who perverts his ways will become known. - But whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst. But the water that I shall give him will become in him a fountain of water springing up into everlasting life.
- But whoever has this world’s goods, and sees his brother in need, and shuts up his heart from him, how does the love of God abide in him?

- He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned.
- To Him all the prophets witness that, through His name, whoever believes in Him will receive remission of sins.
- He who keeps instruction is in the way of life,
But he who refuses correction goes astray. - When He had called the people to Himself, with His disciples also, He said to them, “Whoever desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me.”
- He answered and said to them, “He who has two tunics, let him give to him who has none; and he who has food, let him do likewise.”
- Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock.
- And he who does not take his cross and follow after Me is not worthy of Me.
- And He sat down, called the twelve, and said to them, “If anyone desires to be first, he shall be last of all and servant of all.”
- He who walks with wise men will be wise,
But the companion of fools will be destroyed. - He who keeps the commandment keeps his soul,
But he who is careless of his ways will die. - If anyone serves Me, let him follow Me; and where I am, there My servant will be also. If anyone serves Me, him My Father will honor.
- He who is slow to wrath has great understanding,
But he who is impulsive exalts folly. - Then Peter opened his mouth and said: “In truth I perceive that God shows no partiality. But in every nation whoever fears Him and works righteousness is accepted by Him.”
