The human heart is the most deceitful of all things, and desperately wicked. Who really knows how bad it is? But I, the Lord, search all hearts and examine secret motives. I give all people their due rewards, according to what their actions deserve. Don’t lie to each other, for you have stripped off your old sinful nature and all its wicked deeds. Put on your new nature, and be renewed as you learn to know your Creator and become like him. You may think you can condemn such people, but you are just as bad, and you have no excuse! When you say they are wicked and should be punished, you are condemning yourself, for you who judge others do these very same things. Romans 2:1	Therefore you have no excuse, O man, every one of you who judges. Some people are always greedy for more, but the godly love to give! Proverbs 21:26	All day long he craves and craves, but the righteous gives and does not hold back. greed giving materialism
The Lord is slow to get angry, but his power is great, and he never lets the guilty go unpunished. He displays his power in the whirlwind and the storm. The billowing clouds are the dust beneath his feet. Nahum 1:3	The Lord is slow to anger and great in power, and the Lord will by no means clear the guilty. His way is in whirlwind and storm, and the clouds are the dust of his feet. patience strength punishment
And a great road will go through that once deserted land. It will be named the Highway of Holiness. Evil-minded people will never travel on it. It will be only for those who walk in God’s ways; fools will never walk there. Isaiah 35:8	And a highway shall be there, and it shall be called the Way of Holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it. It shall belong to those who walk on the way; even if they are fools, they shall not go astray. holiness
But we have sinned and done wrong. We have rebelled against you and scorned your commands and regulations. Daniel 9:5	We have sinned and done wrong and acted wickedly and rebelled, turning aside from your commandments and rules. sin confession law
Stand your ground, putting on the belt of truth and the body armor of God’s righteousness. For shoes, put on the peace that comes from the Good News so that you will be fully prepared. In addition to all of these, hold up the shield of faith to stop the fiery arrows of the devil. Ephesians 6:14-16	Stand therefore, having fastened on the belt of truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and, as shoes for your feet, having put on the readiness given by the gospel of peace. Tainted wealth has no lasting value, but right living can save your life. Proverbs 10:2	Treasures gained by wickedness do not profit, but righteousness delivers from death. honesty money righteousness
People with integrity walk safely, but those who follow crooked paths will be exposed. Proverbs 10:9	Whoever walks in integrity walks securely, but he who makes his ways crooked will be found out. sin safety life
So be careful how you live. Don’t live like fools, but like those who are wise. Make the most of every opportunity in these evil days. Ephesians 5:15-16	Look carefully then how you walk, not as unwise but as wise, making the best use of the time, because the days are evil. wisdom life mind
So get rid of all the filth and evil in your lives, and humbly accept the word God has planted in your hearts, for it has the power to save your souls. James 1:21	Therefore put away all filthiness and rampant wickedness and receive with meekness the implanted word, which is able to save your souls. salvation Word of God evil
