Hear my prayer, O Lord; do not be deaf to my cry or ignore my weeping. For I am a wayfarer before you, a nomad like all my ancestors. | Hear my prayer, Lord, and listen to my cry for help; Do not be silent to my tears; For I am a stranger with You, One who lives abroad, like all my fathers. |
Do not withhold kindness from anyone to whom it is due when it is in your power to grant it. | Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, When it is in your power to do it. |

The righteous call out, and the Lord hears them; he rescues them from all their troubles. The Lord remains close to the brokenhearted, and he saves those whose spirit is crushed. | The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears And rescues them from all their troubles. For God would not be so unjust as to ignore your work and the love that you have shown for his name by the services you have rendered to the saints and still continue to render. | For God is not unjust so as to forget your work and the love which you have shown toward His name, by having served and by still serving the saints. |

And the Lord God said, “It is not good for the man to be alone. I wish to make another creature who will be like him.” | Then the Lord God said, “It is not good for the man to be alone; I will make him a helper suitable for him.” |
I lifted up my voice in prayer to him; his praise was on my tongue. | I cried to Him with my mouth, And He was exalted with my tongue. |
If anyone is rich in worldly possessions and sees a brother in need but refuses to open his heart, how can the love of God abide in him? | But whoever has worldly goods and sees his brother or sister in need, and closes his heart against him, how does the love of God remain in him? |
Each of us must consider his neighbor’s good for the purpose of building him up. | Each of us is to please his neighbor for his good, to his edification. |
Two are better than one: they earn a far greater reward for their toil. | Two are better than one because they have a good return for their labor. |
O Lord, you are kind and forgiving, filled with kindness for all who cry to you. | For You, Lord, are good, and ready to forgive, And abundant in mercy to all who call upon You. |
Out of the depths I cry to you, O Lord; O Lord, hear my voice. Let your ears be attentive to my cries of supplication. | Out of the depths I have cried to You, Lord. Lord, hear my voice! Let Your ears be attentive To the sound of my pleadings. |

What right do you have to pass judgment on someone else’s servant? The master will determine whether that servant will stand or fall.
