- Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only God, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen.
- Then Job got up, tore his robe, and shaved his head; then he fell to the ground and worshiped. He said,
“Naked I came from my mother’s womb,
And naked I shall return there.
The Lord gave and the Lord has taken away.
Blessed be the name of the Lord.” - And on that day you will say,
“Give thanks to the Lord, call on His name.
Make known His deeds among the peoples;
Make them remember that His name is exalted.” - Therefore, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all things for the glory of God.
- For You are my rock and my fortress;
For the sake of Your name You will lead me and guide me. - Be exalted above the heavens, God,
And may Your glory be above all the earth. - I will give thanks to You with uprightness of heart,
When I learn Your righteous judgments. - But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory, both now and to the day of eternity. Amen.
- And it shall be that everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.
- I will rejoice and be jubilant in You;
I will sing praise to Your name, O Most High. - Day by day continuing with one mind in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they were taking their meals together with gladness and sincerity of heart, praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord was adding to their number day by day those who were being saved.
- Now to our God and Father be the glory forever and ever. Amen.
- Now the crowds going ahead of Him, and those who followed, were shouting,
“Hosanna to the Son of David;
Blessed is the One who comes in the name of the Lord;
Hosanna in the highest!” - Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on the lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Your light must shine before people in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven.
- How much more will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without blemish to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?
- For “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
- While they were serving the Lord and fasting, the Holy Spirit said, “Set Barnabas and Saul apart for Me for the work to which I have called them.”
- Therefore, accept one another, just as Christ also accepted us, for the glory of God.
- The Lord will rescue me from every evil deed, and will bring me safely to His heavenly kingdom; to Him be the glory forever and ever. Amen.
- The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom;
All those who follow His commandments have a good understanding;
His praise endures forever. - I will sing to the Lord as long as I live;
I will sing praise to my God while I have my being. - To You, God of my fathers, I give thanks and praise,
For You have given me wisdom and power;
Even now You have made known to me what we requested of You,
For You have made known to us the king’s matter. - Teach me Your way, Lord;
I will walk in Your truth;
Unite my heart to fear Your name. - Glory to God in the highest,
And on earth peace among people with whom He is pleased. - Praise the Lord in song, for He has done glorious things;
Let this be known throughout the earth.
