| But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly. | But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. | For the customs of the people are vain: for one cutteth a tree out of the forest, the work of the hands of the workman, with the axe.
