Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God.
And Jesus looking upon them saith, With men it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible.Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but not with God; all things are possible with God.”
So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them.
And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light.
So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.Those who are in the realm of the flesh cannot please God.
Know therefore that the Lord thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations.Know therefore that the Lord your God is God; he is the faithful God, keeping his covenant of love to a thousand generations of those who love him and keep his commandments.
Yet I am the Lord thy God from the land of Egypt, and thou shalt know no god but me: for there is no saviour beside me.But I have been the Lord your God ever since you came out of Egypt. You shall acknowledge no God but me, no Savior except me.
Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man.When tempted, no one should say, “God is tempting me.” For God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does he tempt anyone.
Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?Don’t you know that you yourselves are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in your midst?
For we are labourers together with God: ye are God's husbandry, ye are God's building.For we are co-workers in God’s service; you are God’s field, God’s building.
But our God is in the heavens: he hath done whatsoever he hath pleased.Our God is in heaven; he does whatever pleases him.
But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.These are the things God has revealed to us by his Spirit. The Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God.
Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children.Follow God’s example, therefore, as dearly loved children.
Behold, God is mine helper: the Lord is with them that uphold my soul.Surely God is my help; the Lord is the one who sustains me.
Truly my soul waiteth upon God: from him cometh my salvation.Truly my soul finds rest in God; my salvation comes from him.
No man hath seen God at any time, the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.No one has ever seen God, but the one and only Son, who is himself God and is in closest relationship with the Father, has made him known.
Arise, O Lord; O God, lift up thine hand: forget not the humble.Arise, Lord! Lift up your hand, O God. Do not forget the helpless.
Now unto God and our Father be glory for ever and ever. Amen.To our God and Father be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
My soul, wait thou only upon God; for my expectation is from him.Yes, my soul, find rest in God; my hope comes from him.
And it came to pass, because the midwives feared God, that he made them houses.And because the midwives feared God, he gave them families of their own.
God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.
God shall bless us; and all the ends of the earth shall fear him.May God bless us still, so that all the ends of the earth will fear him.
I delight to do thy will, O my God: yea, thy law is within my heart.I desire to do your will, my God; your law is within my heart.
Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God.
There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God. For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his.There remains, then, a Sabbath-rest for the people of God; for anyone who enters God’s rest also rests from their works, just as God did from his.

Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another.Dear friends, since God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.
