Chinese (traditional)- Whom have I in heaven but You?
And there is none upon earth that I desire besides You. - He must increase, but I must decrease.
- Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed;
Save me, and I shall be saved,
For You are my praise. - I have set the Lord always before me;
Because He is at my right hand I shall not be moved. - I have made a covenant with my eyes;
Why then should I look upon a young woman? - I will praise You, O Lord, with my whole heart;
I will tell of all Your marvelous works. - And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, but have not love, it profits me nothing.
- I will extol You, my God, O King;
And I will bless Your name forever and ever. - I have taught you in the way of wisdom;
I have led you in right paths. - For I have satiated the weary soul, and I have replenished every sorrowful soul.
- I will praise You, O Lord, among the peoples,
And I will sing praises to You among the nations. - Cause me to hear Your lovingkindness in the morning,
For in You do I trust;
Cause me to know the way in which I should walk,
For I lift up my soul to You. - Therefore I will look to the Lord;
I will wait for the God of my salvation;
My God will hear me. - Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
- Then Jesus said to them, “I shall be with you a little while longer, and then I go to Him who sent Me.”
- Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in needs, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ’s sake. For when I am weak, then I am strong.
- I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go;
I will guide you with My eye. - Do not think that I came to bring peace on earth. I did not come to bring peace but a sword.
- But I discipline my body and bring it into subjection, lest, when I have preached to others, I myself should become disqualified.
- ‘Return, backsliding Israel,’ says the Lord;
‘I will not cause My anger to fall on you.
For I am merciful,’ says the Lord;
‘I will not remain angry forever.’ - Because Your lovingkindness is better than life,
My lips shall praise You.
Thus I will bless You while I live;
I will lift up my hands in Your name. - Preserve me, O God, for in You I put my trust.
- And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing.
- Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father.
- Thus I will magnify Myself and sanctify Myself, and I will be known in the eyes of many nations. Then they shall know that I am the Lord.
I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.Delight yourself also in the Lord,
And He shall give you the desires of your heart. Therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, put on tender mercies, kindness, humility, meekness, longsuffering.Next verse!With image
