My soul longs for You like a thirsty land. Selah - Since you were precious in My sight,
You have been honored,
And I have loved you;
Therefore I will give men for you,
And people for your life. - I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance.
- The Lord is on my side;
I will not fear.
What can man do to me? - To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.
- I am the living bread which came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever; and the bread that I shall give is My flesh, which I shall give for the life of the world.
- These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.
