| As for the Almighty, we cannot find Him; He is excellent in power, In judgment and abundant justice; He does not oppress. | But the Almighty we cannot find; he is unequaled in power and judgment, and in his righteousness he will not violate justice. |
| God is our refuge and strength, A very present help in trouble. | God is our refuge and our strength, a well-proved help in times of trouble. |
| This also comes from the Lord of hosts, Who is wonderful in counsel and excellent in guidance. | All this knowledge comes from the Lord of hosts whose counsel is wonderful and whose wisdom is great. |
| Let Your mercy, O Lord, be upon us, Just as we hope in You. | O Lord, let your kindness rest upon us, for we have placed our hope in you. |
