- Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
- He keepeth the paths of judgment,
and preserveth the way of his saints. - I have chosen the way of truth:
thy judgments have I laid before me. - And set up over his head his accusation written, This Is Jesus The King Of The Jews.
- I have taught thee in the way of wisdom;
I have led thee in right paths. - And Jesus said unto him, Go thy way; thy faith hath made thee whole. And immediately he received his sight, and followed Jesus in the way.
- The way of the Lord is strength to the upright:
but destruction shall be to the workers of iniquity. - I have rejoiced in the way of thy testimonies,
as much as in all riches. - Train up a child in the way he should go:
and when he is old, he will not depart from it. - There is a way which seemeth right unto a man,
but the end thereof are the ways of death. - I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go:
I will guide thee with mine eye. - Good and upright is the Lord:
therefore will he teach sinners in the way.
The meek will he guide in judgment:
and the meek will he teach his way. - Search me, O God, and know my heart:
try me, and know my thoughts:
And see if there be any wicked way in me,
and lead me in the way everlasting. - The Lord preserveth the strangers;
he relieveth the fatherless and widow:
but the way of the wicked he turneth upside down. - Blessed are the undefiled in the way,
who walk in the law of the Lord. - But he knoweth the way that I take:
when he hath tried me, I shall come forth as gold.
My foot hath held his steps,
his way have I kept, and not declined. - He is in the way of life that keepeth instruction:
but he that refuseth reproof erreth. - Cause me to hear thy lovingkindness in the morning;
for in thee do I trust:
cause me to know the way wherein I should walk;
for I lift up my soul unto thee. - Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
- Yea, in the way of thy judgments,
O Lord, have we waited for thee;
the desire of our soul is to thy name,
and to the remembrance of thee. - And an highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called The way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; but it shall be for those: the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not err therein.
- Blessed is the man
that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly,
nor standeth in the way of sinners,
nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. - When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost.
- A man's heart deviseth his way:
but the Lord directeth his steps. - Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
And, behold, this day I am going the way of all the earth: and ye know in all your hearts and in all your souls, that not one thing hath failed of all the good things which the Lord your God spake concerning you; all are come to pass unto you, and not one thing hath failed thereof.But now, O Lord, thou art our father; we are the clay, and thou our potter; and we all are the work of thy hand. Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.Next verse!With image
