Joy to the world (4/4)

Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.You will make known to me the way of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; In Your right hand there are pleasures forever.
For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead.For since by a man death came, by a Man also came the resurrection of the dead.
The way of the Lord is strength to the upright: but destruction shall be to the workers of iniquity.The way of the Lord is a stronghold for the upright, But ruin to the workers of injustice.

For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh.For though we walk in the flesh, we do not wage battle according to the flesh.
Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me.Jesus said to him, “If you want to be complete, go and sell your possessions and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow Me.”
Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that you will abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.

For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?For what does it benefit a person to gain the whole world, and forfeit his soul?
Take with you words, and turn to the Lord: say unto him, Take away all iniquity, and receive us graciously: so will we render the calves of our lips.Take words with you and return to the Lord. Say to Him, “Take away all guilt And receive us graciously, So that we may present the fruit of our lips.”
For I have satiated the weary soul, and I have replenished every sorrowful soul.For I give plenty of water to the weary ones, and refresh everyone who languishes.
Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them.Now I urge you, brothers and sisters, keep your eye on those who cause dissensions and hindrances contrary to the teaching which you learned, and turn away from them.
Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.Therefore, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all things for the glory of God.
Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath: Neither give place to the devil.Be angry, and yet do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your anger, and do not give the devil an opportunity.
And we are his witnesses of these things; and so is also the Holy Ghost, whom God hath given to them that obey him.And we are witnesses of these things; and so is the Holy Spirit, whom God has given to those who obey Him.
Out of the depths have I cried unto thee, O Lord. Lord, hear my voice: let thine ears be attentive to the voice of my supplications.Out of the depths I have cried to You, Lord. Lord, hear my voice! Let Your ears be attentive To the sound of my pleadings.
And as they were eating, Jesus took bread, and blessed it, and brake it, and gave it to the disciples, and said, Take, eat; this is my body.Now while they were eating, Jesus took some bread, and after a blessing, He broke it and gave it to the disciples, and said, “Take, eat; this is My body.”
Commit thy way unto the Lord; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass. And he shall bring forth thy righteousness as the light, and thy judgment as the noonday.Commit your way to the Lord, Trust also in Him, and He will do it. He will bring out your righteousness as the light, And your judgment as the noonday.
For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.For His anger is but for a moment, His favor is for a lifetime; Weeping may last for the night, But a shout of joy comes in the morning.
But none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God.But I do not consider my life of any account as dear to myself, so that I may finish my course and the ministry which I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify solemnly of the gospel of God’s grace.
