Be exalted, God, above the heavens! Let your glory be above all the earth!Be exalted, O God, above the heavens; let your glory be over all the earth.
But let justice roll on like rivers, and righteousness like a mighty stream.But let justice roll on like a river, righteousness like a never-failing stream!
Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, I give to you. Don’t let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful.Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.
If your brother sins against you, go, show him his fault between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have gained back your brother.If your brother or sister sins, go and point out their fault, just between the two of you. If they listen to you, you have won them over.
Haven’t I commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Don’t be afraid. Don’t be dismayed, for Yahweh your God is with you wherever you go.Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.

For, “He who would love life and see good days, let him keep his tongue from evil and his lips from speaking deceit. Let him turn away from evil and do good. Let him seek peace and pursue it.”For, “Whoever would love life and see good days must keep their tongue from evil and their lips from deceitful speech. They must turn from evil and do good; they must seek peace and pursue it.”
Jesus said to him, “If you want to be perfect, go, sell what you have, and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow me.”Jesus answered, “If you want to be perfect, go, sell your possessions and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me.”
Establish my footsteps in your word. Don’t let any iniquity have dominion over me.Direct my footsteps according to your word; let no sin rule over me.
But to you who fear my name shall the sun of righteousness arise with healing in its wings. You will go out and leap like calves of the stall.But for you who revere my name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its rays. And you will go out and frolic like well-fed calves.

Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor that which is evil. Cling to that which is good.Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good.
Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled; but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers.Marriage should be honored by all, and the marriage bed kept pure, for God will judge the adulterer and all the sexually immoral.
You shall call on me, and you shall go and pray to me, and I will listen to you.Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you.
So then let’s not sleep, as the rest do, but let’s watch and be sober.So then, let us not be like others, who are asleep, but let us be awake and sober.
Let no one deceive himself. If anyone thinks that he is wise among you in this world, let him become a fool that he may become wise.Do not deceive yourselves. If any of you think you are wise by the standards of this age, you should become “fools” so that you may become wise.
Jesus said to her, “Don’t hold me, for I haven’t yet ascended to my Father; but go to my brothers and tell them, ‘I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.’”Jesus said, “Do not hold on to me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father. Go instead to my brothers and tell them, ‘I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.’”
Then Jesus said, “I will be with you a little while longer, then I go to him who sent me.”Jesus said, “I am with you for only a short time, and then I am going to the one who sent me.”
He answered them, “He who has two coats, let him give to him who has none. He who has food, let him do likewise.”John answered, “Anyone who has two shirts should share with the one who has none, and anyone who has food should do the same.”
You didn’t choose me, but I chose you and appointed you, that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain; that whatever you will ask of the Father in my name, he may give it to you.You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit—fruit that will last—and so that whatever you ask in my name the Father will give you.
Sing to Yahweh, for he has done excellent things! Let this be known in all the earth!Sing to the Lord, for he has done glorious things; let this be known to all the world.
But, because of sexual immoralities, let each man have his own wife, and let each woman have her own husband.But since sexual immorality is occurring, each man should have sexual relations with his own wife, and each woman with her own husband.
Don’t let him who eats despise him who doesn’t eat. Don’t let him who doesn’t eat judge him who eats, for God has accepted him.The one who eats everything must not treat with contempt the one who does not, and the one who does not eat everything must not judge the one who does, for God has accepted them.
And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body, and be thankful.Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful.
If we live by the Spirit, let’s also walk by the Spirit.Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit.

Turn back, and tell Hezekiah the prince of my people, ‘Yahweh, the God of David your father, says, “I have heard your prayer. I have seen your tears. Behold, I will heal you. On the third day, you will go up to Yahweh’s house.”’Go back and tell Hezekiah, the ruler of my people, ‘This is what the Lord, the God of your father David, says: I have heard your prayer and seen your tears; I will heal you. On the third day from now you will go up to the temple of the Lord.’
