- Let no one deceive himself. If anyone thinks that he is wise among you in this world, let him become a fool that he may become wise.
- He answered them, “He who has two coats, let him give to him who has none. He who has food, let him do likewise.”
- Sing to Yahweh, for he has done excellent things! Let this be known in all the earth!
- But, because of sexual immoralities, let each man have his own wife, and let each woman have her own husband.
- Don’t let him who eats despise him who doesn’t eat. Don’t let him who doesn’t eat judge him who eats, for God has accepted him.
- If we live by the Spirit, let’s also walk by the Spirit.

- Why do you set your eyes on that which is not?
For it certainly sprouts wings like an eagle and flies in the sky. - For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.
- My little children, let’s not love in word only, or with the tongue only, but in deed and truth.

- But “he who boasts, let him boast in the Lord.” For it isn’t he who commends himself who is approved, but whom the Lord commends.
- He said to all, “If anyone desires to come after me, let him deny himself, take up his cross, and follow me.”
- Yahweh’s precepts are right, rejoicing the heart.
Yahweh’s commandment is pure, enlightening the eyes. - Let’s hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering; for he who promised is faithful.
- Jesus said to him, ‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’
- Teach me your way, Yahweh.
I will walk in your truth.
Make my heart undivided to fear your name. - Who is wise and understanding among you? Let him show by his good conduct that his deeds are done in gentleness of wisdom.
- God said, “Let’s make man in our image, after our likeness. Let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the birds of the sky, and over the livestock, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.”
- Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God.
