- Who is this King of glory?
The Lord of hosts,
he is the King of glory. Selah. - As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby.
- I will extol thee, my God, O king;
and I will bless thy name for ever and ever. - Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judaea in the days of Herod the king, behold, there came wise men from the east to Jerusalem, Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him.
- For the Lord is our judge,
the Lord is our lawgiver,
the Lord is our king;
he will save us. - And set up over his head his accusation written, This Is Jesus The King Of The Jews.
- And the Lord shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one Lord, and his name one.
- Now unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise God, be honour and glory for ever and ever. Amen.
- Now I Nebuchadnezzar praise and extol and honour the King of heaven, all whose works are truth, and his ways judgment: and those that walk in pride he is able to abase.
- But I say unto you, Swear not at all; neither by heaven; for it is God's throne: Nor by the earth; for it is his footstool: neither by Jerusalem; for it is the city of the great King.
- Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion; shout, O daughter of Jerusalem: behold, thy King cometh unto thee: he is just, and having salvation; lowly, and riding upon an ass, and upon a colt the foal of an ass.
- And they stripped him, and put on him a scarlet robe. And when they had platted a crown of thorns, they put it upon his head, and a reed in his right hand: and they bowed the knee before him, and mocked him, saying, Hail, King of the Jews!
- Go, gather together all the Jews that are present in Shushan, and fast ye for me, and neither eat nor drink three days, night or day: I also and my maidens will fast likewise; and so will I go in unto the king, which is not according to the law: and if I perish, I perish.
- I thank thee, and praise thee, O thou God of my fathers,
who hast given me wisdom and might,
and hast made known unto me now what we desired of thee:
for thou hast now made known unto us the king's matter. - Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.
- The Lord our God be with us, as he was with our fathers: let him not leave us, nor forsake us.
- Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
- Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom.
- The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.
- And heal the sick that are therein, and say unto them, The kingdom of God is come nigh unto you.
- From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.
- Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake:
for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. - But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
- Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
- But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.
Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.
