Bible Verses about 'Romans 12'

Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship.I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
For by the grace given me I say to every one of you: Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with sober judgment, in accordance with the faith God has distributed to each of you.For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.
For just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others. For as we have many members in one body, and all members have not the same office: So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another.
Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good.Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good.
Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves.Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another.
Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord. Not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord.
Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer.
Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse.Bless them which persecute you: bless, and curse not.
Rejoice with those who rejoice; mourn with those who mourn.Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep.
Live in harmony with one another. Do not be proud, but be willing to associate with people of low position. Do not be conceited.Be of the same mind one toward another. Mind not high things, but condescend to men of low estate. Be not wise in your own conceits.
If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone. If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.
Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.
Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God.Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.
This is also why you pay taxes, for the authorities are God’s servants, who give their full time to governing. For for this cause pay ye tribute also: for they are God's ministers, attending continually upon this very thing.
Give to everyone what you owe them: If you owe taxes, pay taxes; if revenue, then revenue; if respect, then respect; if honor, then honor.Render therefore to all their dues: tribute to whom tribute is due; custom to whom custom; fear to whom fear; honour to whom honour.
Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another, for whoever loves others has fulfilled the law.Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.
The commandments, “You shall not commit adultery,” “You shall not murder,” “You shall not steal,” “You shall not covet,” and whatever other command there may be, are summed up in this one command: “Love your neighbor as yourself.”For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
Love does no harm to a neighbor. Therefore love is the fulfillment of the law.Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.
Rather, clothe yourselves with the Lord Jesus Christ, and do not think about how to gratify the desires of the flesh. But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof.

The one who eats everything must not treat with contempt the one who does not, and the one who does not eat everything must not judge the one who does, for God has accepted them.Let not him that eateth despise him that eateth not; and let not him which eateth not judge him that eateth: for God hath received him.
Who are you to judge someone else’s servant? To their own master, servants stand or fall. And they will stand, for the Lord is able to make them stand.Who art thou that judgest another man's servant? to his own master he standeth or falleth. Yea, he shall be holden up: for God is able to make him stand.
One person considers one day more sacred than another; another considers every day alike. Each of them should be fully convinced in their own mind. One man esteemeth one day above another: another esteemeth every day alike. Let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind.
If we live, we live for the Lord; and if we die, we die for the Lord. So, whether we live or die, we belong to the Lord. For whether we live, we live unto the Lord; and whether we die, we die unto the Lord: whether we live therefore, or die, we are the Lord's.

It is written: ‘As surely as I live,’ says the Lord, ‘every knee will bow before me; every tongue will acknowledge God.’For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God.
