Romans 12 (4/4)

  • But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently.
  • In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans.
  • And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for God’s people in accordance with the will of God.
  • And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.
  • What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?
  • He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things?
  • Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword?
  • No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.
  • For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
  • Christ is the culmination of the law so that there may be righteousness for everyone who believes.
  • If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
  • For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.
  • As Scripture says, “Anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame.”
  • For, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
  • Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word about Christ.
  • Oh, the depth of the riches of the wisdom and knowledge of God!
    How unsearchable his judgments,
and his paths beyond tracing out!
  • For from him and through him and for him are all things.
To him be the glory forever! Amen.
